If you still have access to your current registered number, you can update it directly — Reels 7 will send OTPs to both the old and new numbers to confirm the change. If you no longer have access to the old number, contact support@reels7.app. Identity verification via CNIC is required for this type of update and it typically takes 24 to 48 hours to process.

For most players, a CNIC number entered during registration and an OTP to your mobile is sufficient. Full document verification — a scan or clear photo of your CNIC front and back — may be requested before large withdrawals or if unusual activity is flagged on the account.
