Terms and Conditions for Reels 7 — Pakistan

01Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player") and Reels 7 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of Reels 7 — including registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use Reels 7. Continued use of the platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. Reels 7 will notify registered players of material changes via email or an in-platform notification before they take effect.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Reels 7.

02Eligibility

To register and use Reels 7 you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Reels 7 does not permit any person under the age of 18 to register, deposit or play under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether using Reels 7 is lawful in your location.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, a business entity or any third party when registering or placing bets.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from Reels 7 or have an existing account that was closed for Terms violations.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts are not permitted on the Reels 7 platform.

Reels 7 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If satisfactory documentation is not provided within the timeframe specified in our request, Reels 7 may suspend or close the account and withhold any pending withdrawals pending verification.

Age Verification

We take age verification seriously. If there is reasonable suspicion that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending a full identity check. Any winnings generated during a period where the player is found to have been under 18 will be forfeited. We cooperate with guardians who contact us to report underage play — please reach out to support@reels7.app if you believe a minor is using the platform.

03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on Reels 7. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, the same mobile number, the same device or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed and balances across all linked accounts may be forfeited.

Registration Information

When registering on Reels 7 you are required to provide accurate and complete information, including your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a secure password. You must update your registration information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Reels 7 account credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. All activity that occurs under your account — including any bets placed or withdrawals requested — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Reels 7 immediately at support@reels7.app and change your password without delay.

Verification

Reels 7 may require you to complete an identity verification process at any point — particularly before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Required documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of your payment method or proof of address. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in a temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Reels 7 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There are no foreign currency transactions and no conversion fees applied at any stage. The supported deposit and withdrawal methods are: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard bank cards issued by Pakistani banks.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit on Reels 7 is Rs 200.
• Deposits are credited to your Reels 7 balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Reels 7 does not charge any fee for standard deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside our control.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned less any applicable reversal fees.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible.
• Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within minutes of the request being approved during operational hours.
• Bank IBFT withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on your bank's processing schedule.
• Reels 7 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or at our discretion for any withdrawal amount.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 6 of these Terms.

Chargebacks and Reversals

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against Reels 7 while you have an active account, without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue, constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any account from which a chargeback is initiated will be suspended pending investigation. Established chargeback fraud may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

05Betting Rules

All bets placed on Reels 7 are subject to the specific rules of the relevant market, game or sporting event, as well as the general rules set out in this section. By placing a bet you confirm that you understand and accept both sets of rules.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only valid once confirmed and recorded in the Reels 7 system. A bet confirmation screen or reference number constitutes acceptance. Reels 7 reserves the right to decline, void or limit any bet without providing a reason, particularly where we suspect misuse, technical exploitation or where we have concerns about account integrity.

Odds and Pricing

Odds displayed on Reels 7 are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet, regardless of subsequent changes. In cases of obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Reels 7 reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price and return the stake to the player's account.

Cricket and PSL Betting

• For PSL and cricket matches, bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant cricket board (PCB or ICC as applicable).
• In the event of a match being abandoned or resulting in a no result, pre-match bets are voided and stakes returned unless specific market rules state otherwise.
• For matches decided by the DLS method, match winner bets are settled on the DLS result. Other markets may be voided if insufficient overs are completed — specific thresholds are listed within each market.
• In-play bets are settled based on the state of the game at the time of cash-out confirmation in the Reels 7 system, not at the time the button was pressed if there is any server-side delay.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum bet amounts are displayed within each market or game on Reels 7. Maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market and per account. These limits may differ between players and may be adjusted without notice. High-stake players should contact support to discuss account limits before placing large bets.

06Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time Reels 7 offers bonuses, free bets and promotional offers to new and existing players. The specific terms of each promotion — including the wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits and minimum odds restrictions — are published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household address and per payment method unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement and eligible games are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Reels 7 reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active promotions.
• Abuse of promotions — including collusion, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer or any form of coordinated exploitation — will result in the bonus being forfeited and the account being investigated for suspension.
• Bonuses are not transferable between Reels 7 accounts.

07Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Reels 7. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and may be subject to forfeiture of balance, reporting to authorities and legal action where appropriate.

• Match fixing and insider betting: Betting on any market using information that is not publicly available, or placing bets connected to any form of match manipulation, is prohibited and constitutes a serious criminal matter.
• Fraudulent deposits: Using stolen, compromised or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds into a Reels 7 account.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, automated software or any mechanical process to place bets or interact with Reels 7 games without the explicit written approval of Reels 7.
• Technical exploitation: Taking advantage of software bugs, connection delays or any technical fault to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Money laundering: Using Reels 7 to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds connected to illegal activity. Reels 7 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Underage play: Allowing or facilitating access to Reels 7 by any person under 18 years of age.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening or harassing Reels 7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

08Crash & Casino Games

All crash games available on Reels 7 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, Plinko, Balloon and Dice — operate using either a Provably Fair cryptographic algorithm or an independently certified random number generator (RNG). The randomness of outcomes is mathematically enforced; Reels 7 staff have no ability to predict or alter the result of any crash game round.

Provably Fair Verification

For Provably Fair titles, the outcome of any completed round can be independently verified by the player using the published server and client seed data. Instructions for verification are available within each game's information panel. Reels 7 encourages players to use this feature — it is the strongest available evidence of game integrity.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a verifiable technical malfunction during a crash game round, Reels 7 will investigate the round using server-side logs. If the malfunction affected the fairness of the outcome, the round may be voided and stakes returned. Reels 7's decision on game malfunction disputes is final, subject to the formal complaint procedure described in Section 12. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays" applies where server-side logs confirm the game did not function as designed.

Disconnection During Crash Games

If a player loses their internet connection during an active crash game round and had set an auto cash-out target, the server will execute the cash-out at the target regardless of the disconnection. If no auto cash-out was set and the connection was lost before manual cash-out, the bet will be settled at the final crash multiplier. Reels 7 strongly recommends using auto cash-out in all crash game rounds to protect against connection issues.

09Responsible Gaming

Reels 7 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We offer a range of tools designed to help Pakistani players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time and take effect immediately or within 24 hours depending on the type of limit applied.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your Reels 7 account.
• Session time reminders: Receive a notification after a set period of continuous play to prompt a break.
• Reality checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of how long you have been playing and your net result for the session.
• Self-exclusion: Exclude yourself from Reels 7 for a period of your choosing — from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the chosen period has elapsed.
• Cool-off period: Take a short break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days without full self-exclusion.

10Privacy & Data

Reels 7 collects and processes personal data only to the extent necessary to operate your account, process PKR transactions, verify identity and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data to third-party marketers. The full details of what we collect, how we use it and your rights regarding your data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and Reels 7.

By registering on Reels 7 you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting support@reels7.app. We will respond to such requests within the timeframe required by applicable law.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the Reels 7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, odds data, software code and database content — is the intellectual property of Reels 7 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any Reels 7 intellectual property.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Reels 7 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activity. This licence terminates automatically upon closure of your account or breach of these Terms.

The names and trademarks of third-party game providers — including Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming — are the property of their respective owners and are used on Reels 7 under licence.

12Limitation of Liability

Reels 7 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is fast, stable and accurate, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times. Reels 7 shall not be liable for:

• Loss of data, profits or opportunities arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.
• Errors or delays in the display of live odds or live cricket scores caused by third-party data providers.
• Any losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited.
• Indirect, consequential or special damages of any kind, even if Reels 7 was advised of the possibility of such damages.

Reels 7's total liability to any player arising from a single event or series of related events shall not exceed the balance held in that player's account at the time the claim arises.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute a bet outcome, a transaction or any decision made by Reels 7, you must submit a formal complaint to support@reels7.app within 14 days of the event in question. Your complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours and a resolution communicated within 14 working days. Reels 7's decision on disputes, once communicated, is final unless new evidence materially changes the factual basis of the dispute.

13Account Closure

You may close your Reels 7 account at any time by contacting support@reels7.app. Before closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard rules and any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your registered payment method. Balances below the minimum withdrawal amount may not be refundable.

Reels 7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, if:

• The account holder has breached any part of these Terms.
• The account is associated with fraudulent, suspicious or illegal activity.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Reels 7 is required to do so under applicable law or a regulatory obligation.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Reels 7 may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Players will be notified of account closure by email to their registered address.

14Amendments to These Terms

Reels 7 may update or amend these Terms at any time. When we make material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — we will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least 14 days before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments (such as corrections to typos, clarifications that do not change the substance of a clause, or updates to reflect changes in law that do not affect player rights) may take effect immediately. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

If you do not agree with amended Terms, you should close your account before the effective date of the changes. Continued use of Reels 7 after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from your use of Reels 7 are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Reels 7 is licensed to operate. By registering on Reels 7, you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process described in Section 12.

Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be severed from the Terms and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect without modification.
