Reels 7 ("we", "us", "the Platform") operates the online gaming platform accessible at reels7.app, which provides Pakistani players with cricket betting, PSL markets, crash games, fishing games, slots and live cricket scores. This Privacy Policy covers all data processing activities that Reels 7 undertakes in connection with the operation of the platform and our relationship with registered players.

- Identity verification documents: If we request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, you may provide a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or a photograph. These documents are used only for identity verification purposes.
- Payment details: Your Easypaisa account number, JazzCash number, NayaPay or SadaPay details, bank account details for IBFT, or card details for Visa/Mastercard payments. We do not store full card numbers — payment card data is handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor.
- Support communications: The content of emails, live chat messages and any other communications you send to the Reels 7 support team.
Information Generated by Platform Use
- Gameplay data: Records of every bet placed, game session started, cash-out made and balance change on your Reels 7 account. This data is required for bet settlement, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.

Note: Reels 7 does not use your personal data for automated decision-making that produces significant legal effects — for example, we do not use algorithms to automatically deny withdrawals or close accounts without human review.
05Sharing Your Data
Reels 7 does not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers, data brokers or marketing companies. We share your data only with the categories of third parties listed below, and only to the extent necessary for the specified purpose.
Payment Processors
When you make a deposit or withdrawal, relevant transaction data is shared with the payment provider you select — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, your bank or your card issuer. These providers process your payment data under their own privacy policies and are responsible for the security of data within their systems. Reels 7 does not receive your full card number — card payments are tokenised by our payment processor.
Game Providers
Crash games, fishing games and slots on Reels 7 are powered by third-party game providers including Spribe, SmartSoft Gaming, Pragmatic Play and Evolution Gaming. When you play a game, the game provider's system records the outcome independently. A session token is shared with the game provider to connect your Reels 7 account to the game session — your full name and payment details are not shared with game providers.
Identity Verification Services
Where Reels 7 uses a third-party identity verification provider to check CNIC documents or other ID, the document images are shared with that provider for the sole purpose of verification. The provider returns a pass/fail result to Reels 7 and must delete the document data in accordance with the data processing agreement.
Legal and Regulatory Authorities
Reels 7 will disclose account data, transaction records and gameplay history to law enforcement or regulatory authorities when required to do so by applicable law, a court order or a lawful investigation request. We will notify you of such a request where permitted to do so by law.
Business Transfers
In the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of part or all of the Reels 7 business, player account data may be transferred to the acquiring entity as part of the transaction. Affected players will be notified before their data is transferred and the acquirer will be required to honour this Privacy Policy.
06PKR Payments & Financial Data Security

Mobile Wallet Security
For Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay transactions, we store only the account number associated with your registered Reels 7 account. All transaction authorisations are handled by the respective mobile wallet provider's authentication system — typically your mobile wallet PIN or biometric. Reels 7 never asks for your mobile wallet password or PIN.
Transaction Monitoring
Every PKR deposit and withdrawal on Reels 7 is monitored for patterns consistent with fraudulent activity or money laundering. Unusual transaction patterns — such as rapid deposits and withdrawals without gameplay, or multiple payment methods linked to the same account — trigger a manual review. This protects all Reels 7 players and ensures the platform is not misused for financial crime.
Security reminder: Reels 7 will never ask you for your Easypaisa or JazzCash PIN, your bank password or your card CVV number. Any message claiming to be from Reels 7 that requests these details is fraudulent — report it immediately to support@reels7.app.
07Cookies and Similar Technologies

08Data Retention
Reels 7 retains your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Here are the main retention periods that apply to Pakistani player data:
- Account data: Retained for the lifetime of your account plus five years after closure, to comply with anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction records: All PKR deposit and withdrawal records are retained for a minimum of five years after the transaction date.
- Gameplay records: Bet histories, crash game round records and session data are retained for five years to support dispute resolution and regulatory compliance.
- Identity verification documents: CNIC copies and other KYC documents are retained for five years after your account closes, then securely deleted.
- Support communications: Email and chat records with Reels 7 support are retained for three years after the conversation closes.
- Analytics data: Anonymised, aggregated session data is retained indefinitely as it cannot be attributed to individual players.
When data is no longer required and no legal obligation requires its retention, Reels 7 deletes it from our active systems and any backups within a commercially reasonable timeframe. If you request deletion of your personal data, we will action that request within 30 days, subject to any legal obligations that require continued retention.
09Your Data Rights
As a player on Reels 7 you have specific rights regarding your personal data. You can exercise any of these rights by contacting support@reels7.app. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request, and usually much faster.
Right of Access
Request a copy of all personal data Reels 7 holds about you, including your account information, transaction history and gameplay records.

Right of Erasure

10Children's Privacy
Reels 7 is strictly an 18+ platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from any person under the age of 18. Our registration process includes a date of birth field and we may request age verification documents at any point during the account lifecycle.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a person under 18 has registered a Reels 7 account using false information about their age, please contact support@reels7.app immediately. We will investigate promptly, close the account and delete all personal data associated with it that we are not legally required to retain.
We cooperate fully with guardians who report underage play and we treat such reports as high priority regardless of the account balance involved.
11International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party services used by Reels 7 — such as game providers or fraud prevention systems — may process data on servers located outside Pakistan. When this occurs, Reels 7 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data to a standard equivalent to the protections in this Privacy Policy.
These safeguards may include contractual clauses in data processing agreements that require the recipient to maintain data security and confidentiality standards, and to process your data only for the purposes specified by Reels 7.
We do not transfer your PKR payment data — specifically your Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay or SadaPay account details — outside Pakistan. Pakistani mobile wallet transactions are processed entirely within domestic payment infrastructure.
In short: Your Easypaisa and JazzCash details stay in Pakistan. Game session tokens may pass through international game-provider servers, but no identifiable payment or identity data travels with them.
12Changes to This Privacy Policy
Reels 7 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, changes in applicable law or improvements to our platform. When we make material changes — those that significantly affect your privacy rights or the way we handle your data — we will notify registered players by email at least 14 days before the new policy takes effect.
Minor changes, such as clarifications that do not alter the substance of our data practices, may take effect immediately and will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Continued use of Reels 7 after the effective date of any revised Privacy Policy constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should close your account before the effective date of the revision.
